Platform · Brand Guidelines
Upload the brand guide once. Every design obeys it.
Drop the client’s brand guidelines PDF into the Knowledge Base and the AI reads it the way a designer would - the written rules and the imagery - then turns it into binding design tokens that govern every layout, visual, and social variation the platform produces.

Photography: natural light, real locations, no stock-look compositions
Only what the document specifies. Never an invented hex.
The AI reads it like a designer
A brand guide is half rules and half pictures - the logo lockups, the color swatches, the photography spreads that show what the brand looks like when it’s done right. Most tools throw the pictures away. Brief-to-Launch’s vision-aware ingestion preserves every written rule and describes the imagery inline, so the knowledge that lived only in the visuals survives the conversion.
Mark any PDF or Word document as brand guidelines when you upload it - files with “brand” or “guidelines” in the name are flagged automatically - and the full designer-grade reading happens on ingestion.
From PDF to machine-readable brand tokens
Colors
Exact hex values with names and usage rules - primary, secondary, backgrounds, accents.
Typography
Font families, weights, and where each one is allowed to appear.
Logo rules
Clear space, minimum sizes, approved lockups, and the treatments the guide forbids.
Photography & layout
The photographic style, spacing, and compositional rules the brand actually follows.
The tokens capture only what the document actually specifies. If the guide names a color without a value, the AI records that honestly - it never invents a hex.
Binding, not advisory
Your brand guidelines ride first-class in the AI’s context: they’re loaded ahead of everything else, for every studio, on every project attached to that client. And for design work they aren’t a suggestion. The Layout Ideation and Visual Explorer studios treat the exact hex values and named fonts as binding - when a palette exists, the AI never invents one.
- Layouts are generated in the brand’s exact colors and named fonts
- The layout editor’s color picker leads with the brand palette
- Social variations keep the tokens binding across every platform size
- The Brand Alignment Checker scores work with your guidelines in the room

No rebuild gap
Every AI design tool leaves the same gap: it helps you find a direction, and then someone has to rebuild the result by hand - and re-apply the brand while they do it. Because Brief-to-Launch designs inside your brand tokens from the start, there is nothing to rebuild and nothing to re-check.
Love a layout? Make it production-ready on the spot: HTML for the web team, PDF for the sales team, PNG or JPG for everyone else - and every social size the media team needs, generated from the same master design under the same brand rules.

Included with every plan
Brand ingestion comes standard
Brand guidelines ingestion isn’t a studio and not an add-on. It’s part of every plan, because a brand guide the AI has actually read makes every layout, visual, social variation, and brand check better. Upload the guide to any company profile and it goes to work across the whole platform.
Put your brand guide to work on the next project
Upload it once. Every layout, visual, and social variation obeys it from then on.
